By placing an order with Hatch of Heaven, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions form part of the agreement between you and Hatch of Heaven and apply to all purchases made through our website, social media platforms or any other sales channel.
Hatch of Heaven specialises in naturally coloured fertile hatching eggs from our carefully selected free-roaming breeding flock.
Our breeding program focuses on producing healthy birds with beautiful natural egg colours. Birds and fertile eggs are not sold as show-quality stock, and natural variation in colour, markings and characteristics should be expected.
All fertile eggs are collected fresh after your order is placed wherever possible to maximise freshness.
To maintain quality and ensure fairness, orders are currently limited to a maximum of two dozen per collection, subject to availability. Customers are welcome to purchase from multiple collections where stock permits.
As our eggs are collected fresh, dispatch times may vary depending on seasonal laying rates and availability.
Orders are carefully inspected and packed using protective packaging designed for fertile eggs.
Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post or the nominated courier, responsibility for delivery timeframes and parcel handling passes to the carrier. Hatch of Heaven cannot control delays, mishandling or other circumstances that occur during transit.
If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:
The parcel packaging
The egg carton
Any damaged eggs
Although we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during transit, each situation will be assessed individually and a goodwill solution may be offered at our sole discretion.
Hatch rates are influenced by many factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:
Postal handling and transit time
Incubator calibration
Temperature and humidity
Egg handling and storage
Turning methods
Incubation practices
Environmental conditions
For these reasons, Hatch of Heaven cannot guarantee fertility or hatch rates, and refunds or replacements will not be provided solely due to hatch outcomes.
Due to the perishable nature of fertile eggs, refunds are generally not available once an order has been dispatched.
Where exceptional circumstances arise, Hatch of Heaven may, at its sole discretion, offer:
Store credit
Replacement eggs (subject to availability)
A discount on a future order
Another appropriate goodwill gesture
Any goodwill offered is voluntary and does not create an entitlement for future claims.
Our birds are free-roaming and raised with welfare at the heart of everything we do.

Our fertile eggs are intended for backyard poultry enthusiasts who appreciate naturally coloured eggs and healthy birds.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law where they cannot legally be excluded.
